T20 World Cup 2024: Full Schedule, Matches, Venue
The time table for the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 was announced on Friday, with the first game on June 1 and the final on June 29 in Barbados, and India scheduled to play Pakistan in New York on June 9. The groups and fixtures for the ninth edition of the 20-over showcase were confirmed on Friday, January 5.
Ten of the 20 nations will play their opening match of the 29-day tournament in the United States, with 16 games set in Lauderhill, Dallas, and New York, as well as the blockbuster match between India and Pakistan on June 9 at the new Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in Long Island.
The Caribbean will host 41 matches over six different islands, with semifinals in Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana and the championship game in Barbados.
On the first day of group play, co-hosts the United States will face archrival Canada, while fellow hosts the West Indies will face Papua New Guinea in Guyana.
